Password

 

The password is a combination of letters and numbers associated with your user id. Your password must meet the following requirements:
  • Be at least 8 but no more than 32 characters in length
  • Include at least 1 number
  • Include only alphabetical and numerical characters
  • Contain no spaces
  • May include upper and lower case letters
  • Must be entered exactly as entered in the initial access setup or as entered when changed after initial access setup.
  • Three consecutive failures in entering the correct password will lock your access for thirty minutes.
  • Repeated consecutive failures in entering the correct password will disable your access. If this occurs, contact the Department of Revenue at (919) 707-7500 or (877) 308-9092 for assistance.
