The password is a combination of letters and numbers associated
with your user id. Your password must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 8 but no more than 32 characters in length
- Include at least 1 number
- Include only alphabetical and numerical characters
- Contain no spaces
- May include upper and lower case letters
- Must be entered exactly as entered in the initial access setup or
as entered when changed after initial access setup.
- Three consecutive failures in entering the correct password will lock
your access for thirty minutes.
- Repeated consecutive failures in entering the correct password will disable your access. If this occurs, contact the Department of Revenue at (919) 707-7500 or (877) 308-9092 for assistance.
