| This screen allows you to notify the Department of Revenue if your business has or will be closing. You must provide an effective date of the closure. Please note that you are required to file all applicable returns and pay all taxes due for periods in which your business was operating. In addition, you must maintain your records for a minimum of four years for audit purposes. Please keep a copy of the confirmation page showing the closure effective date for your records. | |
