Did you have operations in one or more jurisdictions (including North Carolina) during this reporting period?

 

If your qualified vehicle operated in any jurisdiction during the quarter, you should answer "Yes" and you are required to file a detailed return reporting mileage and fuel information.

If your qualified vehicle did not operate at all during the quarter in any jurisdiction, you should answer "No" and a "No Operation" return will be filed. A return must be filed regardless of activity.

If an IFTA licensee reports all operations in North Carolina for four consecutive quarters, the Division may discontinue issuing IFTA decals to the licensee. To qualify for IFTA decals, carriers must travel in at least two IFTA jurisdictions.
