Internet Access Setup Notice
Welcome to the North Carolina Department of Revenue's electronic filing application that allows motor carriers or their duly appointed representatives to file reports, obtain necessary credentials and make payments electronically. The access setup for first-time users includes the completion of several screens. An asterisk () is shown to the left of each field wherein an actual entry is required to be made. If no actual entry is necessary, follow the instructions as detailed in the text boxes. To move from one field to the next, use your Tab key on your keyboard. The SUBMIT* function key moves forward to the Access Setup - First Time Internet Access Information screen The BACK function moves from this screen back to the IFTA/IN Login screen. Since no entry is required to be made on this screen, the REFRESH and CANCEL functions keys located at the bottom of your screen have been disabled.
